In case of emergency, please call 110 (incident or accident), or 119 (fire or acute disease).

Availability

Available from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM *Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national
holidays and New Year holidays (from December 29th to January 3rd)

Interpreter is available for free.

If you need an interpreter, please be sure to contact ICIEA.
Interpretation services are available in English, Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese.
Consultation in other languages may be conducted using a voice translator.
